What we do with your information

Who is responsible

VijnoraTech Private Limited is the data controller for information collected through this website. Our registered office is K Raheja Mindspace, Survey No. 64, Building No. 9, 13th Floor, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India.

For anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete your data, write to info@vijnoratech.com.

What we collect, and when

Nothing is collected by browsing. The three forms are the only routes by which this site receives personal data about you.

Contact form

Your name, email address, company, the service you selected, and the message you wrote. We also record which page you arrived from and the time of submission.

Job application

Your name, email address, the role applied for, your covering note, and your CV. A phone number and LinkedIn URL are optional — the form works without them.

Newsletter signup

Your email address, and which page you signed up from.

Your IP address is used momentarily to rate-limit form submissions, so that one sender cannot flood our inbox. It is held in memory for that check and is never written to storage or logs.

Why we hold it

Enquiries are used to answer you and, if it goes further, to discuss work. Job applications are used to assess you for the role you applied to. Newsletter addresses are used to send what you signed up for, and nothing else.

We do not profile you, we do not build an advertising audience from this, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the people at VijnoraTech who need to, plus the service providers that run this site on our behalf:

• Sanity — stores form submissions and uploaded CVs
• Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails
• Hostinger — hosts the site and its server

Some of these operate outside India. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the provider’s own contractual safeguards.

The map on our contact page is served by Google and is switched off until you press the button to load it. Until then Google receives nothing about your visit. If live chat is enabled, it is provided by Crisp and loads only when the page does; it sets its own cookies.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no tracking scripts. The only cookies that can appear are those set by the live chat widget, if it is enabled, and by the contact-page map after you choose to load it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries — 24 months from the date you sent it
• Job applications — 12 months from the date you applied, including your CV — unless you ask us to keep them on file for future openings
• Newsletter addresses — until you unsubscribe

These are enforced by a scheduled job, not by anyone remembering. If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time — for the newsletter, the unsubscribe link in any email does it immediately.

Email info@vijnoratech.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Visitors in the UK or EU may instead complain to their own supervisory authority.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited before anything is stored. Access to submitted enquiries and applications is limited to the VijnoraTech staff who need it.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or who it reaches, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be notified by email where we have an address for you.
