What you will do
- Contribute production code on client engagements from the first month.
- Pair daily with a senior engineer who owns your progression.
- Write tests and documentation as part of the work, not after it.
- Present your own work at internal reviews.
What we are looking for
- Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable work.
- Working knowledge of at least one of TypeScript, Python, Java or C#.
- Evidence of something you built and finished — coursework, open source or personal.
- Willingness to be wrong in public and correct quickly.
