VijnoraTech runs small senior teams on engagements we can be held accountable for. The people who pitch the work deliver it, and every engagement ends with the client team able to run what we built.
What you will do
- Design and ship retrieval, agent and extraction systems against real client data.
- Build the evaluation harness before the system it evaluates.
- Own inference cost as a first-class constraint, with agreed ceilings per workload.
- Write the runbook the client team will operate from.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years software engineering, with 2+ years on production ML or LLM systems.
- Strong Python; comfort with TypeScript an advantage.
- Experience with retrieval systems and their failure modes.
- Experience in a regulated domain is valued, not required.
